FAQ
Do I still need to assemble the fire bowl?
No, the fire bowl is delivered fully assembled. You can set it up and use it right away. To grill, simply clamp the grate, pan, or grill plate into the bar and insert it into the fire bowl's guide rail (see product description).
Does the fire bowl rust over time?
Yes, intentionally. The FERRO is made of fire steel. Over time, it develops a natural rust patina, which is desirable and doesn't affect its durability.
Is the fire pit safe on the lawn or patio?
The fire bowl has a sturdy tripod base. For sensitive surfaces, we recommend a stone slab or fireproof mat as heat protection.
How does the grill attachment work?
The grill attachment is height-adjustable and pivots. You can easily position it over the fire and regulate the heat as needed.
Can I use water to extinguish the fire?
No. Never pour water into the hot bowl—it could cause cracking or warping. Let the embers burn out or extinguish them with sand.
Which fuels can I use?
Use only dry wood . No coal, flammable liquids, or chemical firelighters—these can be dangerous.
How quickly will the FERRO be delivered?
The FERRO is shipped directly from the factory by freight forwarder or parcel service – delivery time approx. 3–5 working days.
